Bank Aston today confirmed a strategic collaboration with Oracle to deliver the bank’s full technology stack. Oracle will power Bank Aston’s payments, accounts, cash management and back-office treasury as well as providing multi-channel connectivity for its clients.

“From day one we wanted a best-in-class, end-to-end platform rather than stitching together multiple vendors” said Paul Gorman, the CEO of Bank Aston. “We chose Oracle because it provides a single, functionally-rich, integrated stack that enables us to support clients with fast onboarding, resilient payments and deep connectivity.”

The Oracle banking platform underpins Bank Aston’s core proposition: fill the gap in banking supply to institutions in international financial centres. Oracle’s cloud-native technology solution enables Bank Aston to provide secure and scalable services efficiently, whilst still maintaining the highest risk management and compliance standards.

Bank Aston was licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) in June 2025 and is aiming to complete its build and achieve a launch in the summer of 2026.
